Nestled on a hillside, our retreat offered stunning views of misty mountains. We loved spending our mornings on the terrace on top of the restaurant, taking in the breathtaking scenery. Our private cottage was spacious, featuring top-notch facilities like internet-enabled TV, sumptuous duvets, and an excellent bathroom with hot water showers. the staff was attentive, and their service was exceptional. the breakfast buffet was a treat, and we enjoyed the large swimming pool after a day of hiking.
Housekeeping services could have been more attentive to personal belongings.

Incredible Views and Great Service
This retreat is an awesome business stay! The views from the rooms and restaurant are breathtaking and there is something about the serene, natural environment that just makes this place special. One of the key things that I especially liked was the room service. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They made sure my room was always clean and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast and dinner were really good. I enjoyed the wide array of food options - they always had something for everyone.
While I really enjoyed my stay here, I have to say that the amenities at the resort are somewhat limited. Though they made up for it with great views and service, it would be nice to have more options for activities in the hotel. However, the location is great, providing easy access to other venues and spots for relaxation and adventure. it was a really fabulous experience and I would definitely recommend it!

This hotel is a luxurious retreat with exclusive amenities that truly made us feel pampered. the spacious, well-designed rooms had sumptuous linens and bedding, excellent bathrooms, and Internet-enabled TVs. the staff were incredibly attentive, and special requests for food or taxis were always fulfilled. The large swimming pool was inviting and relaxing after a day of hiking in the stunning surroundings, and the food in the restaurant was extremely tasty and reasonably priced. Cons: the only minor issue we had was that the restaurant staff were a bit hasty about taking plates away, which was not very relaxing. Nevertheless, this was a small inconvenience in an otherwise perfect stay. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, luxurious facilities, and tranquil location.

Stumbled upon this gem for a weekend getaway and I'm so happy I did! the rooms were spacious and well, equipped with amenities such as a fridge and tea, making facilities. the views from the terrace were breathtaking. I particularly enjoyed the natural surroundings, including the monkeys and birds that roamed around. the restaurant terrace was the best spot for breakfast, with a varied and delicious menu. the pool was a great way to cool off after a day of exploring the tea plantations in the area. Can't wait to come back!
Though the service was overall friendly, there were a few hiccups, such as the lack of prompt response when trying to reach out to staff. the food options could be more vegetarian, friendly.
